Invitation to tender for Guildhall Refurbishment, November 2024.
Liskeard Town Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the refurbishment of the historic Grade 2* listed Guildhall. The work includes cleaning, minor repairs, and redecoration. The deadline for receipt of tenders is 1pm Wednesday 15 January 2025. The project is supported by Cornwall Council’s Town Delivery Fund and must be completed on or before 31 March 2025.
